Turned out to be a sunny day all of a sudden. It was like 30 degrees 2 night ago and today feels like 80 degrees. Longfellow Avenue in Hermosa Beach leads right down to the bike path. For the locals, it’s iconic. With the tile looking floors leading to the bike path. I love the speed bumps to slow the cyclists down lol.
It’s located at the North end of Hermosa Beach about 20 houses away from entering Manhattan Beach.
I was in between meetings and figured to stop by and take in the beach sight and smell. At this point, I’m pretty much addicted to the Ocean. I can’t seem to stay away for more than 48 hours. It doesn’t make sense to live in the South Bay and not take advantage of all the good things it has to offer. The one obvious being the kick back environment and people.
The other of course is the Pacific Ocean. Whether it’s looking from the various piers in the area or from the Peninsula of Palos Verdes. I always think, I live where others come to vacation. I’m very thankful for having spent so many years growing up and living in the South Bay. See you on the bike path!
